Employee Communications

Communicating effectively with employees is crucial for the success of any business. The larger the employee base, the more crucial a factor it is – and the greater the challenge of reaching every individual with maximum effectiveness.

Delphi's principals have experience with employee groups of all kinds, in every sector, and on all scales.

One of Canada's largest and most respected institutions decided to improve customer satisfaction scores by improving the quality of their most available resource – their people.

The scale was enormous, so we helped the client develop a clear strategy, measurable objectives, and a deliverable message.

Then we created six separate video productions, together with multimedia speaker support, print support and interactive training exercises in English and French. We trained a team of 36 regional team leaders to deliver the program in a series of 234 meetings in 39 cities over a four-day period.

The results were clear. Customer satisfaction scores continued to increase dramatically over the year following the program. So we repeated the exercise five years later, with a focus on employee engagement.
